Conference accommodation, attendance, and registration prices for 2025 are as follows. The accommodation prices include all meals and receptions. Rates for Friday, Saturday, or Sunday include registration fees, meals, and receptions but no accommodations. After September 19th, the table below will be updated to regular pricing.

Presenters must register by September 19th; presenters who are not registered by this date will be removed from the program. Any registrant after October 7 is not guaranteed a room on campus.
